Legal Counsel - Sport

We are seeking a commercially minded lawyer either from a Corporate or Commercial background with 0.5-2 years' post-qualification experience to join a dynamic in-house legal team supporting an international Sports brand.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-value commercial agreements and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial arrangements, including:

• Commercial partnership agreements.
• Customer and supplier contracts.
• Service, consultancy and intermediary agreements.
• Event-related and operational agreements.
• Marketing and promotional arrangements.
• Distribution, reseller and licensing agreements.

About You

• 0.5-1 years' PQE gained within a reputable law firm.
• Corporate or Commercial background.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to legal issues.
• Excellent academics.
