We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer Manager to lead the design development and deployment of enterprise grade Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in AIML with leadership capabilities to manage teams drive AI strategy and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and generative AI models using large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications, products, and business processes.
- Monitor model performance, ensure responsible AI practices, and continuously enhance solutions based on business requirements and user feedback
Your Skills:
- Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers Data Scientists and ML Engineers
- Define and drive the AIGenAI roadmap ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Architect develop and deploy AIML solutions leveraging cloudnative technologies
- Design and implement Large Language Model LLM and Generative AIbased applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions
- Establish best practices for model development deployment monitoring and governance
- Oversee endtoend AI project delivery including planning execution risk management and stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with AI ethics security privacy and responsible AI guidelines
- Drive innovation through evaluation of emerging AI technologies frameworks and tools
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Data Engineering Cloud
- DevOps Architecture and Product teams
Leadership Skills: - Experience leading and managing technical team
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to define technical strategy and drive execution
- Experience managing multiple AI initiatives and mentoring team members
