Production Operators /Machine Operator Location: Thorne / Belton, DN8 Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Rotating Days) – 6:00am to 6:00pm Pay Rates * Monday to Friday: £13.69 per hour * Saturday: £20.53 per hour * Sunday: £27.38 per hour iRecruit UK is currently recruiting Production Operators on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in the Thorne/Belton area. Please note: Due to the site location and shift pattern, applicants must have their own transport. The site is easily commutable from Belton, Scunthorpe, Thorne, Doncaster, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities * Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently * Carrying out quality inspections and checks on finished products * Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety * Working collaboratively to achieve production targets * Reporting machinery faults, safety concerns, or production issues promptly What We're Looking For * Reliable and hardworking individuals * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential * Good teamwork and communication skills
