What we are looking for:

• Someone who is committed to caring

Do you have the following?

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC Registration
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience.
• Significant experience caring for people living with dementia.
• Previous leadership or management experience within a care home or similar setting.
• Experience of supervising and developing teams.
• Experience of clinical audits and quality improvement.
• Excellent knowledge of dementia care best practice.
• Good understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards.
• Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS and safeguarding legislation.
• Knowledge of medicines management and NMC professional standards.
• Understanding of clinical governance and risk management.
