Werenowseekingahighlycapable ContractManager(Operations) toplayapivotalroleinstrengtheninghowwemanage,governandoptimiseouroperationalcontracts.Thisisahigh-impactroleofferingrealautonomy,visibilityandinfluenceacrossadiversehousingportfolio.

ReportingtotheHeadofCommercialOperations,youllleadthedevelopmentandongoingmanagementofarobustcontractmanagementframeworkacrossstudent,keyworker,marketrent,co-operativeandshort-lifeaccommodation.Youllensurecontractualarrangementsareeffectivelygoverned,performance-drivenandalignedwithourstrategicobjectivesandriskappetitehelpingtomitigatecontractual,financial,legalandreputationalrisk.

Youllactasatrustedsubject-matterexpert,workingcloselywithinternalteamsandexternalpartnerstoembedclarity,accountabilityandcompliance.Therolehasastrongfocusonassuranceandinsight:monitoringperformance,leadingauditsandreviews,managingriskandbreaches,andprovidingclear,evidence-basedreportingtoseniorleaders,committeesandtheBoard.YoullalsohelpshapeKPIs,SLAsandperformanceframeworkstoensurestrongdeliveryandvalueformoney.
