Site Manager

SITE MANAGER We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment and fit-out works within a live warehouse/distribution environment in Trafford Park. The successful candidate will have previous experience delivering projects within Amazon facilities or similar logistics and distribution centres. A joinery background would be highly advantageous due to the nature of the works. Key Responsibilities: • Day-to-day management of site operations and subcontractors • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard • Managing health & safety compliance and site documentation • Coordinating trades, materials and site logistics • Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and progress meetings • Liaising with clients, project teams and supply chain partners • Maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: • SMSTS (Essential) • First Aid at Work (Essential) • CSCS Card (Essential) • Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics or distribution centre projects • Previous Amazon project experience highly desirable • Joinery background preferred • Strong communication and organisational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced live environment Contract: • Immediate start available • Trafford Park - Manchester location • Competitive rate/package depending on experience To apply, please submit your CV detailing relevant project experience or call Jade at 4tify on (phone number removed) Thank-you
