Senior Quantity Surveyor - RAIL Newport - (site based 4 days per week) 12 months contract Outside of IR35 Due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of work, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive rail sector experience to join their successful commercial team. Our client is a highly respected consultancy within the rail industry, having delivered some of the UK's largest engineering and infrastructure projects. Requirements * Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within the rail sector * Strong cost management and commercial expertise. * Experience with tendering, bidding and project costing. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
