Site Manager – Refurbishment Project – Bath Location: Bath Rate: £280–£300 per day Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm Parking: Available on site Start: Mid September Duration: Ongoing Pro Staff are working with a construction contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an ongoing refurbishment project in Bath. You will be working alongside an existing Site Manager, with your role mainly focused on client liaison and ensuring the end client's requirements are met throughout the project. Key Responsibilities * Acting as a key point of contact for the end client * Keeping on top of regular site reports and project updates * Monitoring and updating programmes * Supporting the existing Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project * Ensuring works are progressing in line with programme and client expectations Requirements * CSCS * SMSTS * First Aid * Asbestos Awareness If you are interested and available for this position, please apply today
