About the role
About The RoleAs a Senior Raw Materials Technologist, you make sure all raw materials are safe, legal and right for our products. You manage material quality, support supplier performance and keep technical information accurate. You work with Technical, Procurement, NPD and Operations teams to protect product quality and ensure we meet all customer and legal standards every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead raw materials activities and act as the first point of contact for material‑related queries.Keep raw material specifications, documents and data accurate, up to date and audit‑ready.Review supplier information and follow up on issues, risks or missing details.Support material approval processes, including allergen, nutritional and micro checks.Monitor raw material performance and report weekly and monthly KPIs.Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues quickly and clearly.Support investigations into material complaints or non‑conformances.Help ensure raw materials meet customer requirements, legal standards and internal policies.Work with NPD and Process teams to launch new materials smoothly into production.Drive continuous improvement across raw material controls, systems and processes.About You

You will have experience in raw materials, technical or quality roles within food manufacturing.Bringing a strong understanding of food safety, legality, allergens, HACCP, GMP and customer codes.Being confident working with technical systems, specifications and supplier documents.You will have good analytical skills and the ability to spot risks early.With strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.An ability to support, coach and influence others in a positive and practical way.What We Offer
