FP&A Accountant

Robert Half is partnering with a successful and growing international manufacturing and engineering group to recruit a qualified FP&A Accountant into its expanding finance function.

The business operates across multiple international markets and has a broad commercial and operational footprint, with Finance working closely with Sales, Operations and Procurement. This newly created role offers the opportunity to join an organisation at an important stage of its development, with genuine scope to improve how financial performance is forecast, reported and understood across the business.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in shaping how the business understands and manages its financial performance.

This is not simply a reporting role. You'll take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle, develop and improve FP&A processes, and ensure senior stakeholders have accurate, timely and meaningful financial information to support decision-making.

You'll have visibility across a broad operational and commercial environment, working with senior stakeholders to understand performance, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
