SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant – Active SC

Up to £1050 per day - Inside IR35 Remote / Must be UK based 6 months

Key Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance and UK Passport holder.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Proven experience providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting production issues.
• Strong understanding of compensation, reward and incentive management processes.
• Experience configuring compensation templates, worksheets, statements, budgets and guidelines.
• Expertise with Template Provisioning, Route Maps, workflows and compensation cycles.
• Experience with eligibility rules, business rules, bonus plans and proration logic.
• Knowledge of custom fields, calculated columns, lookup functions and currency conversion.
• Ability to work closely with business, HR and integration teams in a client-facing environment.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
