Planner Scheduler Immediate Start | Planner/Scheduler Opportunity | Glasgow/Paisley We’re currently recruiting for a Planner Scheduler to join a well-established and growing company based in Paisley, Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Planner/Scheduler with knowledge of the social housing sector who is looking to make an immediate impact within a supportive and expanding team. Role Details * Position: Planner Scheduler * Location: Paisley, Renfrewshire (PA1) * Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm * Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) * Contract: 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity * Start: Immediate * Training & progression: Excellent opportunity for career development The Role As a Planner Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling work efficiently, ensuring jobs are allocated and completed within required timescales. The role will involve working closely with tenants, operatives, contractors and internal teams, making strong organisation, communication and attention to detail essential. Ideal Candidates Will Have: * Previous planning, scheduling or coordination experience * Knowledge and understanding of the social housing sector * Experience within housing repairs, maintenance or property services would be highly advantageous * Strong organisational and communication skills * Experience coordinating operatives, contractors or appointments * The ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands * Experience working to SLA/KPI targets would be beneficial * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * A proactive, reliable and detail-focused approach * Excellent customer service skills Why Apply? * £18.00 per hour * Monday–Friday, daytime hours * Immediate start available * 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity * Training and progression opportunities * Opportunity to join a growing and supportive organisation Apply now with your CV attached to be considered immediately
