Contract: Temporary – 12 weeks
Rate: £350 per day CIS
Clearance: EL1 Clearance required
Trevett Services are working with an established mechanical and building services contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a 12-week project within a prison environment in the Rochester area.
The role will involve overseeing a boiler replacement project working in a non-working capacity and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of works on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing a boiler replacement project
* Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors.
* Provide day-to-day site supervision and ensure works remain on programme.
* Manage RAMS, permits and site health & safety.
* Monitor quality and progress of works.
* Liaise with the project team and prison/site stakeholders.
* Ensure all works are delivered safely and to the required standard.
Requirements
* EL1 Clearance – essential.
* SMSTS – essential.
* First Aid – essential.
* Previous Site Manager experience.
* Previous prison or secure-site experience desirable.
