Nursery Manager

FULL TIME POSITION Working 4 days between 07:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday The Early Learning academy are looking for a Nursery Manager to lead our Ellesmere Port Campus setting, delivering high standards of care and education. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional to manage a thriving setting supported by a team of commited practitioners. KEY RESPONSIBILITES * Lead the overall management and organisation of the setting * Oversee planning,observations and assessments to ensure high quality learning experiences * Maintain outstanding safeguarding practices and regulatory compliance * Ensure the setting provides a safe, inclusive and stimulating enviroment for all children * Build strong relationships with parents, carers and staff * Support the continued development and improvement of the setting
