As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional learning needs. Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing their confidence and independence. Work closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Encourage students to participate actively in lessons and school activities. Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day.
