This is far more than a typical Head Chef position. It's an opportunity for a natural leader to take ownership of an established kitchen, develop a committed brigade and play a key role in the next phase of the business's growth.

With a busy restaurant, a thriving events operation and exciting plans for the future, we're looking for someone who is hungry to make a real impact, inspire their team and help elevate the food offering.

• Lead and inspire an established kitchen brigade.
• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Develop and maintain a fresh, seasonal menu offering.
• Manage food costs, stock control and labour budgets.
• Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Work closely with the senior management team to support the continued growth of the business.
• Deliver exceptional food across both restaurant service and a busy events operation.
