You will join a team of professionals who strive to provide an exceptional service to our guests within our 2 AA Rosette ‘Squires' Restaurant, the Roxana Bar and the Spa Lounge.

The Position
Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee a team of like-minded individuals whilst being committed to leading by example, motivating others, and providing exemplary service to our guests.
You'll have experience motivating a hospitality team, be highly conscientious and be ready to hit the ground running.
This is a full-time position (45 hours per week). You will have full availability to work a range of shifts on a rota basis including weekends.
About You
You will have:

Experience at Assistant Manager / Supervisor level within a similar environment.
A passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage with strong product knowledge.
A commitment to maintaining high standards.
A keen eye for detail.
Dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
A desire to work in a professional guest-focused hotel environment.
Professionalism and excellent personal presentation.
