Production Operative - Cardiff £14.05 per hour | Monday-Friday | Immediate Start Location: Cardiff Hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday) Pay: £14.05 per hour (weekly pay) PPE: Safety shoes required About the Role We're recruiting Production Operatives for an ongoing rework project at a well‑known manufacturing and production site in Cardiff. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role with immediate starts, consistent weekday hours, and long‑term opportunities for reliable candidates. Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative: Sorting and organising pallets Decanting and re‑sorting products Rebuilding pallets and preparing items for dispatch Repetitive production and packing tasks Following all site Health & Safety procedures Working safely in a busy production environment What We're Looking For in a Production Operative: Previous experience in production, warehouse or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential) Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable with repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual and able to start ASAP Safety shoes required Hours & Pay of a Production Operative: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm £14.05 per hour Weekly pay Why Apply?
