Client training and ongoing upskilling are available from the start to help you develop your communication, customer engagement and sales skills. What Will You Be DoingYou'll represent recognised brands and non-profit organisations through face-to-face residential campaigns across the Brighton area.
Speak with new people and build positive customer relationshipsRepresent client campaigns professionallyBuild brand awareness and support customer acquisitionDevelop practical communication and sales skillsWork alongside a motivated and social teamWhat They're Looking ForConfident communicating face-to-face in EnglishPositive, motivated and willing to learnSelf-motivated and comfortable working towards goalsAble to work well within a teamFull-Time Equivalent availability (4–5 full days per week, Monday–Saturday)Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or other people-facing roles can be transferable, but isn't required.
A Brand Awareness Fee (a daily fee applicable when representing a client for a full day) , where applicable, plus commission and performance incentives. Training & Development: Client training, ongoing coaching and upskilling opportunities.
