You will work closely with teachers and the SENCo to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities for SEN Teaching Assistants in Cambridgeshire * Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties) * Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development * Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies * Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment * Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals * Support behaviour management and emotional regulation where required Why Tick Education?
