About the role
Elite Stage Sales Speaker (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Essex + UK Travel | £100,000+ earning potential available
Are you the person who can walk onto a stage, own the room and generate six-figure sales through influence, authority and exceptional communication?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing entrepreneurial coaching business that delivers large-scale live events to ambitious business owners across the UK.
They aren’t looking for another trainer.
They are looking for a genuine sales speaker—someone with the presence, credibility and commercial ability to inspire action and confidently sell high-value programmes from stage.
This could suit an established professional speaker, sales trainer, business coach or event presenter with a proven track record of converting audiences into clients.
Full-time is preferred, but outstanding part-time or fractional candidates with an exceptional reputation and proven stage sales experience will also be considered.
The Role:
You’ll deliver keynote sessions, workshops and live event presentations to audiences of 50–500+ entrepreneurs and business owners, creating high-energy experiences that educate, engage and drive commercial results.
You’ll be trusted to influence audiences, overcome objections live and confidently present premium offers from stage.
This is a highly visible role with genuine opportunity to become one of the leading faces of a fast-growing education brand.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations across live events and programmes
* Sell premium coaching, education and business growth programmes from stage
* Build trust and influence with entrepreneurial audiences
* Handle objections and audience interaction naturally and confidently
* Drive exceptional event conversion rates while delivering genuine value
* Collaborate with leadership to improve content and commercial performance
* Mentor other speakers where appropriate
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience selling from stage in a live event environment
* Outstanding presentation and audience engagement skills
* A strong commercial mindset with an excellent sales track record
* The ability to command large audiences with confidence and credibility
* Experience working with business owners, entrepreneurs or leadership audiences
* High energy, resilience and professionalism under pressure
We’d Love To Hear From People Who Have Been:
* Professional keynote speakers
* Sales trainers
* High-ticket closers
* Business education presenters
* Event speakers
* Entrepreneurial coaches with significant sales success
This Isn’t For You If…
* You can deliver content but struggle to sell from stage
* You prefer classroom-style facilitation over commercial presentations
* You need scripts, close supervision or extensive preparation support
* You’re uncomfortable being measured on audience engagement and sales performance
The Opportunity:
The right person will join a high-growth organisation with ambitious expansion plans and the opportunity to earn £100,000+ through exceptional performance.
If you’re already recognised as an elite stage speaker with commercial credibility, we’re happy to consider part-time or flexible arrangements for the right individual.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a live stage assessment as part of the recruitment process.
