Pay: Competitive CIS Rates – Negotiable Depending on Experience Job Type: Ongoing Work / Temp-to-Perm Start Date: Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting for 6 Groundworks Labourers to join a busy groundworks and surfacing contractor working across multiple new build housing developments in the Cheshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking labourers looking for long-term work, steady hours, and the opportunity to progress within a growing team. The Role * Assisting experienced Kerbers with daily site activities * Moving and preparing materials for installation * General labouring duties on new build developments * Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe * Supporting groundworkers and site operatives as required * Following site health and safety procedures at all times Requirements * Valid CSCS Card * Previous construction site experience * Experience assisting Groundworkers, Kerbers, or working on new build housing sites preferred * Good attitude and willingness to learn * Reliable and punctual * Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential What's On Offer * Competitive CIS pay rates * Ongoing, long-term work * Temp-to-perm opportunities available * Immediate starts * Multiple vacancies available * Opportunity to gain further groundworks experience * Consistent workload across multiple new build projects Working Hours Typically 8:00am – 4:30pm, with occasional variations depending on site requirements and workload
