Trainee Butcher

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED We are delighted to support our client through a another period of growth who is looking for a trainee to join the team to learn all aspects of the butchery trade on a permanent basis. The role is based in the Leighton Buzzard area but due to it's remote location you must be able to commute via car or bicycle depending upon personal address. You will be naturally hands on and eager to learn all aspects of a busy butchery. You will need to be physically strong and prepared to "muck in". You will learn slicing, mincing and much more. This role is as much about your attitude as your ability to do the role as full training will be offered to the right candidate. Hours of work are: 7am to 4pm (1 hour for lunch), possibly starting at 8am Monday to Thursday (40 hour week) Paying £13ph (£27400pa) Apprenticeship oppoortunites to learn to examinations level 2 & 3 This is a genuine opportunity for you to learn the trade and to gain valuable experience.
