We're looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who leads by example, brings great energy to the kitchen and knows how to deliver an amazing service.
You'll be right there with the team - prepping, cooking, running shifts and making sure every bowl goes out perfectly.
We're growing in the UK, and this is a great opportunity to grow with us! The role will be based in W12.

Leading busy kitchen shifts and keeping service running smoothly
Cooking alongside the team and maintaining great food standards
Training, motivating and developing your team
Managing prep, stock, deliveries and waste
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
Working closely with the GM and FOH team to deliver a great guest experience

Experience leading shifts in a busy restaurant kitchen
A passion for great food and high standards
A confident, positive and hands-on leader
Someone who stays calm and organised under pressure
A team player who's happy to jump on any station
Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
Right to work in the UK
