Metal Polisher (Stainless Steel – Architectural Metalwork) Location: Dunstable Hours: Monday–Friday Hourly rate - DOEWe’re recruiting for an experienced Metal Polisher to join a busy fabrication environment specialising in high-end architectural metalwork. This role will focus on polishing and finishing stainless steel components to a high visual standard, supporting bespoke projects including balustrades, handrails, and structural features. Key Responsibilities Polishing and finishing stainless steel to a high cosmetic standard Working on bespoke architectural metalwork including handrails, balustrades, and feature pieces  Using handheld tools and machinery to achieve brushed finishes Dressing welds and preparing fabricated components for final finishing Reading drawings and working to tight tolerances Ensuring all work meets quality standards and client specifications Supporting fabrication teams to complete jobs from start to finishExperience Required Proven experience polishing stainless steel in a fabrication or metalwork environment Background in architectural metalwork, sheet metal, or fabrication Strong experience with finishing techniques (graining, linishing, mirror polishing) Ability to work from engineering drawings Good attention to detail and ability to deliver high-end finishes Experience dressing welds and prepping fabricated componentsDesirable Experience TIG welding or fabrication background Experience working on bespoke or one-off projects Site experience or installation knowledgeRole Overview Working on a mix of bespoke and batch work Variety of materials, primarily stainless steel Fast-paced workshop environment with a focus on quality Opportunity to work on high-spec architectural projects  INDMAN  Thank you for your application.
