Project Overview

You'll join a major AI transformation programme within a global organisation focused on building production-grade AI systems at scale. The initiative spans both customer-facing AI products and internal business transformation, with a strong emphasis on delivering systems that are deployed, used, and continuously improved.

We're seeking a Senior or Lead Machine Learning Scientist to design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered systems in real-world production environments. The team is building next-generation AI solutions using Large Language Models, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation to drive measurable business outcomes.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
• Design agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, FastMCP, or similar frameworks.
• Develop and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Integrate AI solutions into products, APIs, and business workflows.
• Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy scalable AI systems.
• Contribute to recommendation, classification, forecasting, and automation initiatives.
• Strong Python development experience and production software engineering skills.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-based solutions into production environments.
