Internal Recruiter

A client of mine is recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to join their growing people team. This is a busy and varied role where you will support Managers in managing their vacancies and ensuring candidates have a positive experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Building relationships with Managers to understand their hiring requirements
• Advertising job vacancies
• Sourcing candidates using job boards and linked in
• Conducting interviews and telephone screenings
• Managing the onboarding process
• Using the ATS system to record candidate information and producing reports
• Working with marketing to enhance the employer brand

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience of recruitment into the construction / civil engineering industry gained either in an internal, agency or RPO environment, and will have a creative and solutions focussed approach to work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively at pace are also key for this role. xwzovoh
