About the role

The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme. The primary purpose of this role is to translate programme activity into measurable benefits, develop and maintain benefits tracking tools, and produce analytical reports to support programme governance and decision-making. This position involves working closely with senior stakeholders, finance teams, operational services, and insight colleagues to ensure the benefits of investment and service changes are effectively evidenced and tracked.About You:Strong experience in business analysis, particularly within a public sector or social services context
It is desirable for the candidate to have SEND experience, but is not essential.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop, interpret, and communicate complex data and performance metrics
Experience in benefits tracking, financial analysis, demand and activity analysis, and programme reporting
Highly organised and proactive with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Familiarity with data quality standards and reporting practices
Commitment to evidence-based decision-making
What’s On Offer:
This role offers a daily rate of 450, with hybrid working – 3x days on site per week.About the Client:
