The day-to-day mix runs HVAC system design, plant strategy, compliance work across Part L and Part F, and the coordination needed to make a mechanical scheme deliverable inside a multi-disciplinary team. Tools you would expect: Revit, Hevacomp or IES, AutoCAD, Bluebeam for coordination.Director level: leadership of a team or office, profit and loss responsibility, and the kind of senior client relationships that shape the practice's pipeline. Recurring themes on this brief: WELL, commercial, residential, and mixed-use.
