Reference: 13571Managing Quantity Surveyor – BuildingLocation: LondonWe are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function on major building projects across the South East. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving commercial performance, managing risk, and ensuring successful financial delivery across large-scale or multiple complex projects.You will lead a commercial team, providing direction, mentoring, and oversight while working closely with operational and leadership teams to maximise value and protect margin.
