This is a hands-on, field-based role covering the Northwest, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside regions, supporting the successful delivery of projects and services.

The Role You will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Acting as a key point of contact, you'll support engineers, manage subcontractors, and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise engineers and subcontractors on-site
* Plan and oversee project delivery from start to finish
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Monitor quality, timelines, and project costs
* Act as the first point of escalation for technical and operational issues
* Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
* Support and develop field engineers through training and guidance
* Assist with on-site work where required About You
* Experience in a field-based supervisory or team lead role
* Strong understanding of infrastructure/cabling environments
* Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot issues
* Good knowledge of health & xwzovoh safety practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence Desirable
* Industry certifications (e.g.

cabling, ECS/CSCS, SSSTS)
