The Role:

You will focus primarily on non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, collaborating with corporate, finance, and real estate teams across the country. Your responsibilities will include advising a range of stakeholders in distressed situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and insolvency practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing transactional and advisory work as a key fee earner.
• Delivering high-quality legal advice and strategic solutions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice.
• Working closely with clients to understand their commercial needs and provide practical, tailored advice.
