An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a busy and highly regarded law firm in London.

Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support across a range of residential property transactions, assisting with matters from instruction through to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion

Preparing legal documentation, contract packs and correspondence

Raising and reviewing enquiries under supervision

Assisting with reports on title, searches and mortgage documentation

Completing file opening, AML and compliance procedures

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

Preparing completion statements, invoices and post-completion documentation

Maintaining accurate records using the firm's case management system

About You

• 
  
• Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing or Real Estate is essential

Experience as a Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant within a legal environment

Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management xwzovoh systems
