Motorcycle Sales Associate Location: Luton, United Kingdom Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £28,000 £29,000 per annum performance-related incentives (if applicable) Working Hours / Shift Pattern 6-day working week Tuesday to Sunday 9:00am 5:00pm 1-hour unpaid break per day Holiday Entitlement 28 days paid annual leave per annum About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Associate to join a dealership based in Luton.

This is a permanent position suited to an individual with at least 2 years experience in sales and administration within the automotive industry .
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving motorcycle sales, managing online listings, supporting customer enquiries, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Support customers through the full motorcycle buying journey Deliver excellent customer service in person, online, and over the phone Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently Sales Administration Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales/admin required Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation Process paperwork relating to vehicle sales and handovers Online Sales & Marketing Upload and manage motorcycle listings online Ensure all vehicle information, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date Respond to online enquiries promptly to maximise sales opportunities Operational Duties Schedule and coordinate motorcycle deliveries Support showroom operations and presentation standards Assist in stock control and vehicle preparation processes Customer Care Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry through to handover Requirements Minimum 2 years experience xwzovoh in sales and admin within the automotive industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident working in a fast-paced sales environment Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work weekends (TuesdaySunday rota) Full UK driving licence preferred Passion for motorcycles and the motor trade is advantageous Uniform Smart casual dress code Branded hoodies/tops may be provided (TBC) Benefits Permanent, stable employment Competitive salary (£28k£29k DOE) 28 days paid holiday Opportunity to work within a growing motorcycle dealership Performance-based incentives (where applicable)
