Your new role As a Private Client Tax Advisory Manager, you'll join a specialist team providing personal tax advisory services to a diverse client base, including business owners, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals. This role focusses on building strong relationships and delivering pragmatic, holistic advice. Reviewing tax reports prepared by junior team members Managing WIP analysis and billing processes Ensuring files meet quality standards for QCR purposes Liaising with HMRC on client matters Supporting partners with advisory projects such as shareholder profit extraction, succession planning, and relocation strategies Identifying opportunities for business development across tax and other service linesWhat you'll need to succeed A relevant professional qualification (CTA or equivalent experience) Extensive experience in personal tax services Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions Experience identifying business development opportunities Familiarity with CCH Central for personal tax (advantageous)What you'll get in return We offer a competitive salary based on experience, annual performance-based bonus, and regular salary reviews.
