Cover Supervisors - Blackpool & Fylde Coast

We're currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, supporting schools with day-to-day, short-term and long-term cover requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates and aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

The Role:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure pupils remain on task.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support pupils with their learning and encourage participation.
Follow school policies and work closely with teaching and support staff.We're Looking For:

Experience working with young people (school-based experience is desirable).
