I’m working with a leading global technology organisation that’s growing its EMEA Talent Acquisition team. We’re looking for experienced recruiters who can take ownership of busy hiring portfolios, build strong relationships with hiring managers and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for roles across EMEA

• Sourcing and engaging talent for priority and hard-to-fill vacancies

• Running multiple searches at once while keeping hiring processes moving

• Partnering with hiring managers on requirements, market insights and hiring decisions

• Using recruitment data to improve sourcing strategies and outcomes

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven experience managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume recruitment environment

✅ A track record of filling challenging roles across EMEA markets

✅ Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to advise hiring managers

✅ A proactive approach, sound judgement and genuine focus on candidate experience
