Assistant Quantity Surveyor - London A leading specialist contractor is looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team, supporting the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across London. The Role Support the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to completion Assist with valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting Subcontract procurement and management Support change management and variations Assist with CVRs, forecasting and cost control Work closely with Project Managers and the wider commercial teamAbout You Previous experience as an AQS / Assistant QS within civil engineering or construction Good understanding of commercial and project costs Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers Strong communication and organisational skills Relevant commercial qualification or degree desirable If you're an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for your next move with a growing contractor and the opportunity to work on major projects, get in touch.
