Proposals Coordinator At Fawkes & Reece we are assisting a Tier 2 Contractor with their search for a Proposals Coordinator to join their pre-construction and work winning team. Assisting with the formatting and organisation of bids, proposals and tenders. About the role of Proposals Coordinator As Proposals Coordinator you will support this Tier 2 contractor with their bids, tenders and proposals submissions on projects up to £30M across the education, leisure & health care sector across the southwest. Responsibilities for Proposals Coordinator Manage and maintain client bidding portals collating and uploading relevant information as required Provide design specifications and collate and coordinate branding in line with the business branding and specifications Ability to capture, collate and present relevant information throughout submission and case studies Requirements for Proposals Coordinator Previous experience working in a similar role with examples of previous proposals and bid submissions Knowledge of using procurement portals, InDesign, SharePoint & MS Packages Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth research whilst working to tight deadlines What we offer for Proposals Coordinator For an ambitious and driven Proposals Coordinator our client is prepared to offer a competitive salary and package with fantastic prospects for progression and development.
