Quant Consultant Quant TradingTo 75k Plus PackageQuant Capital is urgently looking for a Quant Pre Sales Consultant to join our high profile client.Our client is a well-known leading provider of integrated risk, analytics and trading solutions for the global financial markets. Their clients include some of the largest global financial institutions and banks, leading hedge funds, pension funds, insurers, brokers, clearing members and corporates.This is not a sales role but involves creating models for the sales team.You will be part a team building cutting-edge applications and services supporting cross-asset trading and risk management. The successful candidate will have a passion for software development or implementation and the desire to constantly improve both their skills and the solutions they work on.Day to day the Quant Pre Sales Consultant will:You will be responsible for running your own projects as well as working closely with Quants. Client specific development, which includes data interfaces, workflows and custom features Prepare for and deliver product demonstrations and presentations Generate product demo scripts based on customer requirements Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents Participate in proof-of-concepts and workshops Work with sales team on the execution of specific sales strategiesQuant Pre Sales Consultants must have:Finance experience ideally trading / quant finance / risk Working knowledge of databases (including SQL) and scripting (power shell, python) Degree in finance, econ, maths, or similar quantitative field Familiarity with the enterprise software sales cycle a plus Good presentation and communication skills Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment Ability to travel across EMEA regionWe are looking for consultants who want to take ownership of products and take considerable responsibility and the bonus that goes with that.My client is based in Central LondonPre Sales, SQL, Support, Implementation, PreSales
