As a Senior Business Analyst, youll help shape business and technology change across Last Mile, working on key transformation projects that improve how we use systems, data and processes. Youll work closely with business teams, technology colleagues, implementation partners and suppliers to understand requirements and turn them into practical solutions that make a real difference.

Youll lead business analysis activity across projects, including user engagement, requirements gathering, solution options assessment and business case preparation. Youll also play an important role in the selection, design and implementation of enterprise systems, making sure business needs, reporting requirements and user experience are fully considered.
