Site Supervisor- Telford

We are supporting a variety of primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Telford with the recruitment of experienced Site & Facilities Supervisors. Schools are looking for motivated individuals who can ensure their premises are maintained to a high standard while supporting the smooth running of the school site. Key Responsibilities Opening, securing, and monitoring school premises Carrying out planned maintenance and basic repair work Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and security across the site Supporting compliance with health and safety procedures Assisting with contractor management and site access Preparing rooms and halls for school activities and events Reporting site concerns and maintenance issues promptly Supporting wider facilities and operational requirements across the school Candidate Profile Previous experience within school site supervision, caretaking, or facilities roles Experience within primary, secondary, or SEN schools is desirable Strong understanding of health and safety responsibilities Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision Practical maintenance and premises management skills Flexible and professional approach to work Important Information No training will be provided Candidates must be capable of undertaking duties immediately Enhanced DBS clearance is essential for all roles Candidates without an Enhanced DBS will be expected to obtain and fund their own DBS All appointments are subject to safeguarding and employment checks Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
