Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers, FLT Drivers and Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established and busy warehouse team in Dunkeswell, near Honiton. With a Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, 6am-4pm shift, you'll have every weekend off, while earning £15.47 per hour and £23.20 per hour for overtime after 38 hours. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a Temp-to-Perm position with a stable company and an experienced, supportive warehouse team. Opportunity for a long-term position. Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely. Loading and unloading deliveries. Moving and storing stock around the warehouse. Loading, stacking and transporting goods. Ensuring stock is stored safely and accurately. Supporting the wider warehouse team. Maintaining good housekeeping standards. Following all Health & Safety procedures. Requirements A valid Counterbalance FLT licence - RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent. Recent Counterbalance FLT experience. Good communication and teamwork skills.
