The Role
As a Temporary Works Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of temporary works schemes across designated project sections, ensuring they are designed, implemented, and inspected according to industry standards and company procedures. Your everyday responsibilities will include reviewing design briefs, managing external and internal designers, advising on load considerations, signing off TW installations, and maintaining site safety and procedure compliance. You will also support staff development and ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Proven knowledge of BS5975 and relevant safety procedures
Extensive civil engineering or similar project design experience
Expert use of CAD and relevant design software
Membership of a recognised professional institution
Educational background in engineering, such as HNC/HND or higher qualifications
