They are a highly respected, multi-disciplined main contractor that carry out both major works as well as smaller projects.They undertake new build, refurbishment, alteration, conversion and maintenance projects across the business, including schools, hospitals, residential, factories, offices and listed buildings. Project values range from 500k up to 5m.They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to work on projects in the education sector, inclusive of new build and refurbishment works. They have 20m worth of work in the area and they are looking for a No.1 Site Manager with a strong track record working on education projects.
