About the role

About us Thames Valley Air Ambulance exists to give everybody within our community the best chance of surviving and recovering from an emergency. We are looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to grow income from community supporters, groups and people giving in memory. Youll help create engaging fundraising opportunities, build strong local relationships and ensure every supporter feels valued. Your role Youll lead community, individual and in-memory fundraising activity, turning plans into practical campaigns that inspire people to support Thames Valley Air Ambulance. This role combines relationship building, income growth, supporter care and data-led decision making. Leading community, individual and in-memory fundraising plans. Growing income through supporter relationships, fundraising products and local partnerships. Creating positive supporter journeys across digital, phone, post and face-to-face contact. Using data and insight to improve fundraising activity. Coaching and supporting the Community Fundraising Officer. About you Youll be an organised, confident and empathetic fundraiser who can build relationships, manage priorities and make sound decisions. Youll be motivated by community fundraising and committed to delivering excellent supporter experiences. Were looking for someone who: Has experience in community, in-memory, events or relationship-led fundraising. Can plan, monitor and evaluate fundraising activity. Uses CRM systems and Microsoft Office confidently. Can work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, and has a UK driving licence with access to transport.
