Responsibilities include:

• Handling business sales and commercial agreements.
• Managing a varied company commercial caseload.
• Providing clear, practical advice and forming independent legal opinions.
• Progressing matters with limited day-to-day supervision, seeking senior input on more complex issues.
• Building strong client relationships while supporting the senior lawyer's focus on business development.
• Occasional travel to the firm's other offices.
