End of Tenancy Cleaners (Rental Properties) | Chichester, Crawley, Worthing, Brighton, Bristol

A busy cleaning company is seeking experienced EOT Cleaners to support rental property changeovers.

This role focuses on preparing homes between tenancies.

Duties

• Cleaning empty rental homes after tenants leave

• Kitchen and oven cleaning

• Bathroom cleaning including mould and limescale removal

• Cleaning internal windows, doors, and skirting boards

• Final presentation of properties for inspection

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience
