Corporate Partner - Private M&A, PEP over £1M

They are seeking to appoint a Corporate Partner to join its well-resourced Corporate team, with a particular focus on private company M&A and high growth clients. The team advises an impressive and diverse client base spanning technology, real estate, and financial services, among other sectors. Work includes advising on UK and cross-border transactions ranging from public and private M&A to business combinations, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions. The role will involve leading deals from inception to completion, working closely with clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, and playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead deals from inception to completion, work with clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, and contribute to the growth of the practice. The role includes advising on UK and cross-border transactions ranging from public and private M&A to business combinations, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions, with a focus on private company M&A and high growth clients.
