The Role As a Warehouse Administrator, you will support the day-to-day warehouse and transport operation through accurate administration, reporting, shipment processing, and communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal departments.

This is a varied role suited to someone who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Create vehicles for inbound receipt and ensure timely closure of inbound loads Produce pick sheets, delivery notes, labels, and operational reports Allocate shipments and maintain route and allocation logs Monitor and resolve processing errors Support outbound load closure Liaise with drivers, transport teams, warehouse staff, and helpdesks Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and operational logs Assist with ad-hoc reporting and SAP track & trace activities Screen incoming telephone calls and provide administrative support to site operations Candidate Requirements Essential Skills & Experience Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics, or transport environment Strong organisational and communication skills Good numerical ability and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Professional and customer-focused approach Desirable SAP knowledge preferred Previous experience within warehousing or distribution operations People management skills A-Level education or equivalent Whats on Offer? xwzovoh Salary of £29,165.10 Sunday to Thursday night shift, 8:15pm 5:30am Temporary to permanent opportunity Immediate start available Supportive and fast-paced working environment Opportunity to gain long-term career progression within logistics and warehouse operations Apply Now If you are interested in this opportunity and have the relevant experience, please apply today for immediate consideration.
